I am looking for energised and diligent individuals for these exciting, rewarding roles. Group leaders are expected to make sure the children are making the most of their camping experience. Another aim of our group leaders are to guarantee the safety and well being of the children. As a group leader, you should feel comfortable and confident in planning activities with children on a day-to-day basis.

Requirements:

• Experience of leading activities with children in a classroom or social setting
• Evidence of working or volunteering with children
• Commitment, flexibility and enthusiasm

Responsibilities:

• Safeguarding children
• Working with other group leaders to plan activities
• Ensuring the children learn in a safe, fun and organised environment
• Instruct, encourage and inspire children
• Setting a good example to children and staff alike
