Annual Salary: Enhanced MPS/UPS outer London (£34,568 – £51,237) + TLR 2B (£5,632)

Contract: Permanent, full-time

Aston Education is working with an Ofsted Good 11-18 secondary school in Bexley, Southeast London, looking for a permanent Head of Enterprise to lead their dedicated and talented team of Business, Law and Computing/IT teachers.

In the Head of Enterprise role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, engaging Business, Law, Computing/IT education from KS3-5. You will work closely with other heads of department to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to teaching and learning and will collaborate with external partners to build relationships and develop programs that extend beyond the classroom.

To be successful in this role, you will need QTS/QTLS and an understanding of the Business, Law and Computing/IT curriculums. You will need to be an excellent communicator and have strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire others.
