Are you a visionary and dynamic leader with a passion for Personal, Health, and Social Education (PHSE)? An incredible opportunity awaits you! We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our secondary schools in Stanford-le-Hope as a Head of PHSE.
Head of PHSE Responsibility:
– Lead and inspire the PHSE department, driving a culture of excellence.
– Develop and implement a dynamic PHSE curriculum that engages and empowers students.
– Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents to enhance the overall school experience.
Requirements for the role of Head of PHSE:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
– Proven experience in teaching and leading PHSE initiatives.
– Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities of Head of PHSE:
– Oversee the development and delivery of an outstanding PHSE curriculum.
– Provide leadership and guidance to PHSE staff, ensuring a collaborative and supportive environment.
– Implement strategies to promote student well-being and positive mental health.
