APPRENTICESHIPS HEAD OF QUALITY AND COMPLIANCE
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an Apprenticeships Head of Quality and Compliance Manager with our established client based near Wakefield.
Reporting directly to CEO, the Head of Quality and Compliance will manage quality and compliance policy and process to ensure all apprenticeship delivery exceeds apprentice and employer expectations and continually aspires to deliver outstanding teaching and learning to all learners. The post holder will ensure operational practices are in line with regulatory and ethical standards by creating and implementing a cyclical quality and audit testing and reporting process.
The post holder will be accountable for completing the company’s SAR and QIP, providing accurate and timely information to the ESFA and providing accurate data to a range of internal and external stakeholders. They will ensure quality and compliance testing and reporting provides senior leaders and external regulators confidence and credibility on our process and practices and internal and external regulators requirements are exceed.
Relevant teacher training qualification – DTLLS/Cert Ed./CTLLS or equivalent
D34/V1 or L4 Internal Quality Assurance
Previous experience of managing the quality and compliance of apprenticeships
Significant contribution experience to an organisations SAR /QIP
Commercially aware and motivated towards successes with the ability to achieve KPI’s an business objectives.
Understanding of Ofsted CIF, and ability to support delivery teams
Experience of Ofsted & ESFA inspection
Good working knowledge of ESFA funding rules
Detail-oriented with excellent personal integrity
Excellent time management/organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent Leadership and mentoring skills
Excellent written and oral communication and technical reporting skills
Excellent telephone manner
Keen awareness of confidentiality and data protection issues
Awareness and understanding of EPAO and Apprenticeship funding regulatory requirements
Good awareness of HR and Equality & Diversity issues
Excellent knowledge of accepted monitoring requirements, in order to meet regulatory conditions
