I’m currently working with a Council in London that are seeking an experiencedHead of School Effectivenessfor an initial 8-month contract to help provide support to the team.
You will be reporting into the Director of Education and have responsibility for a team of School Improvement partners. In order to be considered for this role, you must have previously worked as a Head of School Improvement within a local authority setting.
The Head School Effectiveness will be expected to create and implement an effective school improvement strategy to ensure the development, effectiveness and success of primary, secondary and special schools.

Your responsibilities as Interim Head of Behaviour and Inclusion: –

• Creating and implementing an effective school improvement strategy to ensure the development,effectiveness and success of primary, secondary and special schools.
• Overseeing a group of school improvement partners
• Leading on supporting schools with challenges around school budgets
• Identifying and delivering on improvements across the services

Your previous experience as Head of Behaviour and Inclusion: –

• You will have a proven track record, of building key relationships with Headteachers, external & internal stakeholders.
• Experience leading successful school improvement services.
• An excellent understanding of school effectiveness and current legislation
• A strong understanding of trades services
