Head of Sourcing and Supply Management
South: £70,000 – £77,000
Are you an outstanding procurement leader, who can see the big picture, challenge, collaborate and create clarity?
Have you led change within a team, bringing them with you on the journey and embedding that change within the business?
Do you have the desire and drive to add real strategic insight in a complex educational setting on an ambitious scale?
Bringing new perspectives and experience, you will enjoy influencing at senior level whilst empowering and motivating others to do the same. At the same time you could be receiving up to 18.5% into your pension pot and not having to save leave for Christmas as the company takes a break.
At AQA we have embarked on our new strategy, where the role of suppliers and partners will be critical to our success. You will ensure that we effectively manage our existing strategic suppliers and you will help us to source new capabilities.
With a move into hybrid working you will enjoy an average of two days in the office alongside an experience and committed team of 10, compromising compliance, category buyers and sourcing specialists across Guildford and Milton Keynes.
