The Charity, West Kirby Residential School, is in an exciting period of growth, during which we are opening a second school in Lydiate.
Due to the successful promotion of the current Principal to CEO designate, West Kirby School and College is seeking a highly effective Head Teacher from September 2024.
The successful candidate will have significant leadership experience in mainstream or SEND establishment(s) and will know, understand and will have worked across the sections of the 2018 EIF.
They will have a proven track record of establishing pupil progress and they will put children first.
We are looking for an effective, organised and knowledgeable individual, who is able to work dynamically within our superb team of exceptionally skilled staff.
This position may suit an experienced Deputy or established Headteacher, someone who is looking to further develop their skills.
