Protocol are delighted to invite a skilled Health and Social care lecturer to deliver educational and informative lessons on the level 2 preparing to work in health and social care courses within a college setting based in Birkenhead.
We are seeking candidates who are passionate about clothing and design and have the drive and motivation to help adult learners to progress in their careers, increase their employability and support their personal development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion/design/textiles, experience of teaching, and have strong organisational and communication skills in order to inspire and educate adult learners. Courses are given with the purpose of helping local people in to employment and improving their abilities.
This role can be worked as a mixture of remote and internal sessions on a part-time basis, consisting of hours on Mondays (1pm – 5pm), Tuesdays (9am – 12pm), Wednesday (full day) and Thursdays (9am – 12pm) and will run on a temporary on-going basis until March/July.
The person & qualifications
*A level 3 qualification in a relevant subject (Health & Social care)
*A teaching qualification
*Experience teaching Health and social care across a range of level
