A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming Primary School in Wellingborough. This is a long-term position starting as soon as possible, offering an exciting chance to contribute to the growth and development of young learners.

Role Overview: The HLTA will play a key role in supporting the teaching and learning process within the school, assisting teachers and contributing to the overall educational experience of the students. This position requires someone with a passion for education, a proactive attitude, and the ability to engage and inspire children.

Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in planning and delivering lessons.
• Lead small group activities and interventions.
• Provide one-on-one support to students as needed.
• Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Contribute to the overall pastoral care and well-being of students.

Requirements:

• Experience working as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
• Relevant qualifications and/or certifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
