About the role:You will be joining a friendly and professional college that is wholly committed to securing the best academic and personal development outcomes for all our learners. The KS4 department has been the highest performing Alternative Provision in London for both achievement rates and Annual Review grades for the last 2 years and we are at an exciting stage of our development.
About you:You will be experienced in providing support in an educational setting, you will help learners to access their curriculum and other College services. You may be asked to work with individuals or within groups of Learners with learning difficulties or disabilities, helping with tasks involving use of basic literacy and ICT, and social interaction.
