About
Smart Teachers is currently recruiting for a HR Assistant at a co-educational independent school in the London Borough of Bromley. This HR Assistant is required for a September 2022 start and the successful candidate will be required to work full time.
The role

* Part time – 3 days / 22.5 hours per week

Smart Teachers is looking to recruit a HR Assistant who:
* Has experience of HR administration is (essential)
* Has strong MS Outlook, Excel and Word skills (essential)
* Has extensive experience of a computerised HR system (essential) and experience of using Oasis and iSAMS (desirable)
* Has a sound knowledge of payroll and pensions basics (desirable)
* Has a flexible and adaptable approach to work and the ability to multi-task
* Is meticulous and accurate
* Has excellent attention to detail
* Is an excellent communicator; personable
* Is highly organised with the ability to prioritise
* Works well in a team
* Has experience of working within an educational environment (desirable)
