ICT Teacher – Wickford
Remedy is seeking a dynamic and qualified ICT Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, a strong background in Information and Communication Technology (ICT), and the ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best potential.
Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development: Design and implement engaging and effective ICT lessons in line with the school curriculum, fostering a positive and stimulating learning environment.
Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate student progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to support their academic development.
ICT Integration: Integrate technology effectively into the teaching and learning process, staying abreast of advancements in ICT to enhance educational experiences.
Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning, ensuring the well-being of students.
Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with educational trends, teaching methodologies, and ICT advancements.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the department and school, participating in departmental meetings and school events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Specialization in ICT or a related field.
Relevant teaching experience at the secondary level.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong knowledge of ICT concepts, programming languages, and emerging technologies.
