Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an innovation strategy aligned with organisational goals.
• Encourage idea generation, manage the innovation process from ideation to execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams, conduct research and analysis, and facilitate prototyping.
• Manage resources, assess risks, foster collaboration, and define KPIs for innovation success.
• Co-create innovative learning experiences with educators and curriculum designers.
• Lead professional development sessions for teachers, staying at the forefront of educational research.
• Utilise cutting-edge technology for student engagement and design innovation programs.
• Implement assessment methods beyond standardised tests, fostering creativity and problem-solving.
• Create flexible and stimulating learning environments, form partnerships, and organise innovation challenges.
• Analyse data to measure the impact of innovation, ensuring accessibility for all students.
