Your new school
The school creates a warm and friendly learning atmosphere and works closely in partnership with parents to ensue their students reach their full potential. You will be employed through Hays Education who support schools across Staffordshire with staffing requirements in regards to short-term, long-term and permanent roles.

Your new role
You will be working in year 3 under the direction of the class teacher. You will be responsible for interventions with the aim of raising attainment and promoting academic progress. You will monitor progression and behaviour whilst delivering the work set by the teacher and differentiating where appropriate.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will need experience running intervention groups in school and be able to work professionally with others. You must be able to prove your recent experience and we are looking for recent experience of working with children in the last 2 years.
