Our client, a dynamic and innovative company based in Oxford, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT professional to join their team as a Hands-On IT Manager. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations.
• Oversee the implementation and support of Windows Server environments.
• Utilize expertise in VMWare to optimize virtualization solutions.
• Implement and manage data backup and recovery solutions using Veeam.
• Administer and optimize Active Directory to support user authentication and authorization.
• Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and resolving IT issues promptly.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the network infrastructure.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Server administration.
• Strong expertise in VMWare virtualization technologies.
• Experience with Veeam Backup and Replication solutions.
• Proficient in Active Directory administration.
• Solid understanding of networking principles and protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Desired Qualifications:

• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., MCSE, VCP, etc.).
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
