KS1 Teacher – Person Specification
The school are looking for a patient and caring KS1 Teacher who has experience of teaching in a leading school and the skills to teach fun, constructive lessons. You will provide unwavering commitment to teach to the highest of standards and the ability to work independently, or as part of a team. We want to recruit a teacher who has the skills to plan their workload carefully and communicate effectively as well as show a history of raising attainment levels.

About the KS1 Teacher Role
As a KS1 Teacher you will be joining a specific KS1 class based on the school’s need and you will be working alongside a caring SLT. The Senior Leadership Team can offer you an exhaustive training package, with the aim of providing CPD to all teachers, developing them into ‘Outstanding’ practitioners. This role comes with the full support of a Headteacher mentor, who will welcome you in to the school and answer any questions you have. You will be joining a school that is well-resourced with the latest teaching technologies and facilities that includes indoor/outdoor flow.
