Person Specification – KS1 Teacher
To be considered you will need to be a motivated KS1 Teacher who has a track record of ‘Good’ or better. The school needs a KS1 teacher who has the teaching skill to offer lessons that whilst fun and enjoyable remain relevant to the curriculum and can be understood by all. This KS1 Teacher post requires a teacher who has the skills to teach with passion and deliver lessons that will focus the attention of their students on the task at hand.

About the KS1 Teacher role
In this exciting KS1 Teacher position you will be joining one of the school’s KS1 classes as a general class teacher and you will be providing a well-rounded learning experience. In general, you will be using your own brand of creative and forwarding thinking teaching practice. You will be seizing the opportunity to begin learning new teaching methods through a series of extensive training and CPD programs and for NQTs the Induction Year programme is truly amazing. From the word “go”, you will be learning the ropes quickly under the helpful eye of a friendly ‘Outstanding’ teacher.
