We are currently working with a broad range of great Primary schools Redditch and the surrounding area who have a number of active roles. They are looking for dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistants to join their schools on part time / supply basis.

As a teaching assistant you will be responsible for nurturing the academic and personal development of pupils in year 1 and year 2 year across KS1 to help them reach their full potential.

In this role as a KS1 Teaching Assistant you may be expected to;

• Plan and deliver group work that is tailored to suit the individual needs of each child.
• Have a sensitive and creative approach to teaching.
• A positive upbeat attitude to motivate and excite the children.
• Aid the classroom teacher

As a KS1 Teaching Assistant, we will require from you;

• Relevant previous experience but not essential.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
• A passion to help inspire young minds.
