KS2 Teaching Assistant

£379.60 – £406.25 per week
Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a Key Stage 2 TA to work in a local primary school in Bristol on a full-time basis starting in January 2024.
About the role
The successful TA will be able to build a positive relationship with an individual and provide specialist support in a classroom setting to cater for the special educational needs and disabilities of the child. This is a highly rewarding career that requires a flexible approach, creativity and excellent communication in order to engage the pupil with their learning. The ideal Teaching Assistant will be patient, enthusiastic, resilient and motivated to promote the child s progress.

The school has a rich and stimulating curriculum including hosting performing arts events and craft activities. The school is looking for a caring, committed and creative SEND TA who has a positive attitude when supporting children with learning. The ideal TA would have experience working within Key Stage 2 and would be able to apply their skills to the role.
