Supply Desk is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher to work part time in a school located in Aylesbury. Are you someone that is committed to providing a stimulating and nurturing environment where every child can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally?

The role:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons to students in Key Stage 2.
• Develop and implement a well-rounded curriculum that meets national educational standards.
• Use effective teaching strategies to cater to the diverse learning needs of students and ensure progress.
• Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages active participation and fosters a love for learning.
• Assess student progress through a range of formative and summative assessments and provide timely feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver cross-curricular projects and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of student achievement, attendance, and behaviour.
• Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and well-being.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject area.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 2, preferably in a primary school setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and assessment requirements.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Passion for teaching and commitment to the holistic development of each child.
