Jobs to start Februar-July 2024 for two terms full or part time/Contract or supply

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and well-structured lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and meet the diverse needs of students

• Deliver lessons that promote active learning, critical thinking, and creativity.

• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their progress and development.

• Establish a positive classroom environment that encourages respect, collaboration, and inclusivity.

• Work closely with colleagues to plan and coordinate cross-curricular activities and events.

• Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on student performance and well-being.

• Contribute to the wider school community through active participation in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and extracurricular activities.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with relevant teaching experience.

• A thorough understanding of the curriculum and the ability to effectively deliver lessons that meet its objectives.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.

• A passion for education and a commitment to creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.

• A reflective approach to teaching, with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt instructional methods.

• Knowledge of current educational trends, methodologies, and assessment techniques.
