QTS At least 5 years experience as a Qualified TeacherWhat you’ll be doing:
You will be responsible to the Head of HEAL to provide professional leadership for the curriculum for young people within HEAL You will lead on the planning of teaching and learning activities and lead on the progress of students within your designated area. You will work closely with the APPs (Alternative Provision Practitioners) to ensure that their lesson planning and delivery is robust and targeted for the needs of each student. You will be expected to promote and support the progress of all young people to achieve the highest possible standards.
