Recruiting Learning Manager for IMMEDIATE START

Are you looking for a Learning Manager position to support children? Have previous experience supporting post 16 children? Live local to Greenford?

If so then apply now as we are working with a fantastic secondary school in Greenford who are looking for a Learning Manager to join them straight away. The role will be a fulltime position from Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 4:30pm. You will be supporting pupils with their upcoming examinations and motivating them with both academic pursuits and mental well-being.

Graduates are also welcome to apply as the school are keen to have graduates come in so long as you have had experience with children in a school setting!

The Role:

• Supporting post 16 students with upcoming examinations as a Learning Manager
• Monitoring students both academically and behaviourally as a Learning Manager
• Willing to support the pupils with any difficulties they may be facing as a Line Manager
• Learning Manager working with older students to support their learning and development
• Motivating and encouraging students to achieve their true potential as a Learning Manager

Requirements:

• Available to work 08:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday
• Previous experience working with older children children in a school or alternate setting is preferable but you must have school-based experience!
• You will need excellent communication & Listening skills when supporting pupils as a Learning Manager
• Have an Enhanced Child Only DBS or be willing to get one processed
• Live local or commutable distance to Greenford, Ealing.
