Supply Desk are proud to be working with a good rated primary School based in the Berkhamstead area in their search for a Learning Support Assistant

You will be working alongside a range of professionals, with you then providing 1:1 & group support to a range of students across KS1 and KS2

The support you provide will vary for each child according to individual needs and abilities

This is also a fantastic opportunity for an aspirational psychology or child development graduate seeking invaluable in-class experience before going onto their masters or teacher training.

Job Description:

• Learning Support Assistant (LSA) in Berkhamstead
• Providing 1:1 & group support
• Must be able to adapt to cater for all individual needs and abilities
• Working alongside the class teacher and other TA’s
• September 2024 start Full time

The Ideal Learning Support Assistant (LSA):

• You must be able to inspire and motivate the children across all subjects
• A passion to support students with special needs or with intervention groups
• Have a nurturing approach to build relationships with the children and instil confidence
