Learning Support at Bancroft’s requires an enthusiastic and motivational individual to join the department. The role requires working closely with a team of specialist teachers, Learning Support Assistants, and the Head of Learning Support to provide intervention and advice in order to facilitate the learning of students.
The person appointed will display a high degree of discretion, confidentiality and integrity. The position requires someone with an interest in supporting individuals on a 1:1, small-group and whole-class basis within the senior school.
The ability to relate to both younger and older students is essential, and experience working with students with ASD is desirable.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 per week, term time plus inset days.
