Salary: 85 – 100 per day, depending on experience
Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time

Are you a committed Learning Support Assistant (LSA) ready to make a real impact? A welcoming secondary school in Hammersmith and Fulham is looking for a motivated LSA to join their team in January 2025, supporting students’ academic and personal development in a collaborative and dynamic school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small group support, enhancing the learning experience for students.
• Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Track and report on student progress, offering valuable insights to teachers and parents.
• Help maintain an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
• Assist in preparing educational materials and classroom resources.
• Contribute to students’ personal and social development, fostering a positive atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Learning Support Assistant role or similar in an educational setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and dedicated to student success.
