Celsian Education are looking to appoint a flexible and hardworking Learning Support Assistant to work in a large primary school in Tameside.

The role will start after the Easter break (subject to change) and will be 3 days a week and will involve working with a child in Year 3, who requires additional support throughout the school day.

To be successful for this Learning Support Assistant role you will need;
Experience working with young people with SEND
A calm and positive attitude
Experience working with Key stage 2 children
Excellent behaviour management with knowledge of various de-escalation techniques
To build strong relationships with both students and staff
Experience of implementing specific learning strategies and routines.
