SALARY: £19,264 – £20,043 per annum (NJC Points 4-6)

Our school provides specialist day and residential education and care for secondary aged autistic boys (10-19 years). We offer excellent working conditions in a beautiful environment, including paid school holidays, opportunities for career development and staff training.
Due to increase in student numbers and internal promotions, we are currently seeking to employ highly motivated and professional Learning Support Assistants to join our growing team next term. Duties include supporting Key Stage 3 and 4 students in a range of learning situations both in school and within the community.
Working as a Learning Support Assistant you will uphold the vision, holistic ethos and policies of the school and work in compliance with the school’s Quality of Life Framework. You will work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, the management teams and residential care colleagues to help ensure that the school maintains an “Outstanding” Ofsted judgement for the quality of education and care provided for all students.
