There will be a potential opportunity to develop our programming pathway for level 2 and level 3 learners.

This role is based at our Langley College campus; the centre for our main vocational and technical courses including Apprenticeships, Adult Education and HE. We deliver an innovative curriculum with superb specialist facilities including latest industry standard equipment, workshops and studios.
Lecturer in IT
As an IT Lecturer the skills required include patience and tact when working with learners together with planning skills and creativity to prepare interesting activities to improve learners’ skills.
Enthusiastic, methodical and flexible in your approach, you will share your skills and knowledge of IT with learners and utilise your experience to motivate students to achieve, ideally whilst developing and maintaining high levels of student retention and attendance.
You will also develop ways of working that are responsive to learners’ needs, monitor and evaluate progress and practice and prepare learners for examinations.
A natural communicator and proven motivator, you will thrive on student interaction, giving effective guidance and that will, in turn, benefit the education of our IT students.
