Role Overview: We are currently seeking enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistants to join our team and work across various primary schools in Milton Keynes. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to choose from ad-hoc, short-term, long-term, or permanent placements based on your availability and preferences.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to teachers in delivering tailored learning experiences for primary school students.
• Assist in the implementation of educational programs and support plans for individual or small groups of students.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, supporting students’ social and academic development.
• Collaborate with teachers to create engaging learning materials and activities.
• Offer support with classroom management and behavior guidance as required.

Requirements:

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience working in a primary school setting.
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
• Flexibility to adapt to different primary school environments and various age groups.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• An understanding of safeguarding procedures within an educational setting.
