We are currently recruiting for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner in Isleworth who loves the outdoors!!

Our client’s nursery in Isleworth is a fantastic place to work, where the provision focuses on outdoor play and where children spend much of their time outdoors. The large garden offers activities such as; mud kitchen play and climbing opportunities to support areas of development. There is also a Sports Coach and a dance teacher!

What the role can offer:

This is a permanent, full time position based on 40 hours per week over 5 days, opening hours from 07.30-18.30
A competitive salary of £19,0000 – £21,000 per year – depending on experience.

Completing observations, planning, and maintaining your key children’s learning journeys in accordance to the EYFS.
Promoting best practice in the nursery.
Displaying a real passion for childcare.
Communicate well with management, colleagues, parents and children.
Lead by example.
Have good knowledge of Ofsted
Engaging children in an outdoors environment 90% of the timeWhat are we looking for in the Level 3 Nursery Practitioner in Isleworth?

Minimum Level 3 in Childcare.
Flexibility and adaptability
Prepared to work outdoors 90% of the time
Solid understanding of Health and Safety procedures and policies within a nursery.
Strong communication skills.
A passion for delivering the best Childcare Provision.
EYFS, Safeguarding, FGM, FBV and First Aid knowledge is important.
