• Position: Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant (Full-Time)
• Location: Infant school in Dagenham
• Key Focus: Supporting children in the Early Years (EYFS)

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the class teacher to provide tailored support for young children in a fun and engaging learning environment.
• Assist with planning and delivering activities that promote children’s development in key areas such as language, social skills, and physical abilities.
• Offer one-on-one and small group support to help children meet their learning goals.
• Monitor and record children’s progress, working collaboratively with the teaching team to provide feedback and support.
• Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for all children.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualifications: Level 3 childcare qualification is essential.
• Experience: Previous experience in supporting children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) is required.
• Skills: A passion for early childhood education, strong communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with both children and staff.
• Commitment: A proactive, enthusiastic approach to helping children develop confidence, independence, and a love for learning.
