Our REED Education FE branch are currently working with a great college on an exciting new role in the Hampshire area.
Starting ASAP the college are looking for an outstanding Motor Vehicle Lecturer to join them on a permanent basis.

The Role:
The ideal Motor Vehicle Lecturer/ Automotive Lecturer must be be able to teach City & Guilds Level 2 and BTEC Level up to level 3. The ideal Motor Vehicle Lecturer is a passionate individual who can pass on their knowledge and encourage our learners to succeed. To be responsible for Teaching and Learning and for providing excellent support to students, delivering engaging and well-planned lessons within the Automotive Department. To teach across levels 2, 3 to support students to achieve and meet the expectations of teaching within the FE sector.
You will have the ability to deliver the curriculum creatively with strong independent organisational skills. You will also have administrative responsibilities requiring the tracking, monitoring and recording of learners work and progress. There will be a substantial marking commitment.
You will be working with students aged 16+
Effective curriculum and lesson planning which meets individual needs is essential
What you will need:
A recognised teaching qualificationDegree or equivalent in the related subject.Good classroom management
