Newly Qualified Year 3 Teacher – Person Specification
This role would suit an imaginative and active Newly Qualified Year 3 Teacher who can use their creative skills to inspire pupils of all abilities. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of how to generate an atmosphere of hard-work, but with a fun and inclusive aspect in the classroom. You must have genuine passion for teaching and improving the outcomes for young people. The perfect candidate will be able to deliver fun, creative, interesting lessons designed to increase attainment and stimulate independent thought and discussion.
