Position: Full-time Nursery Room Leader
Location: Rossendale
Working Hours: Full time
Hourly Rate: Up to 13.97 Per hour (Depending on Experience)
Start: January 2024

Role Overview:

• Collaborate with lead teachers to create a nurturing and immersive learning environment.
• Foster the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
• Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities that ignite young imaginations.
• Prioritize the safety and well-being of each child throughout the day.
• Maintain open communication with parents to share insights on children’s progress.

Qualifications and Traits:

• Essential: Level 3 qualification in Childcare or above.
• 12 months experience as a level 3 practitioner
• A sincere passion for fostering children’s growth and learning.
• Reliability, punctuality, and trustworthiness are paramount.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive and adaptable in contributing to the learning journey.
