Position: Early Years Teaching Assistant
Location: Twickenham
Start Date: January 2024
Contract: Part-Time – mornings only

Requirements:

• Experience working with children who haven’t been statemented yet
• Passion for working with children and supporting their early development
• Proactive and enthusiastic approach to education
• In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework

Responsibilities: As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting the class teacher in implementing the EYFS framework
• Assisting in the planning and delivery of engaging and age-appropriate activities
• Providing individualised support to children who require additional assistance
• Collaborating with colleagues to create a cohesive and nurturing learning atmosphere
• Monitoring and recording children’s progress, contributing to assessment processes
