Job Title: Pastoral Coordinator
Location: Mountfield Heath School, Robertsbridge
Salary: £25,000 – £32,000 per annum (This salary is NOT subject to pro-rata and is the full amount before tax)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Due to growth in service, we are recruiting for a Pastoral Coordinator to join our fantastic team at Mountfield Heath School, Robertsbridge.
Job Purpose
To support the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to establish and embed effective strategies in all areas of pastoral care. To develop, implement and embed long-term co and self-regulation strategies and plans, linked to other documents, to support pupils to overcome barriers to learning and maximise opportunities provided for them. Working under the direction of the Headteacher to provide support to all pupils in enabling them to achieve their potential both academically and socially. Mountfield Heath School is a new independent special educational needs provision, for 32 pupils aged 5-12. The successful candidate will support our teachers working alongside other support staff and therapists, to deliver the curriculum and help nurture a therapeutic environment to meet a range of needs including social, emotional, behavioural, communication and learning difficulties.
This opportunity is in Robertsbridge which is within commutable distance of Hastings, Royal Turnbridge Wells and surrounding areas.
