Job Title: People & Talent Coordinator
Location: London with occasional travel to Norfolk Office required. The role is required to be in the office at least twice per week.

The People & Talent Coordinator role is an exciting opportunity to help our People & Culture team deliver best in class support to all our staff across the globe, as well as supporting Talent Acquisition.
In the UK we have two office locations (London and Norfolk) and you will be working closely with both sites to support across Office and People & Culture responsibilities, in addition to providing remote support to our teams in Singapore, Hong Kong and North America. We also have store and concession locations globally; this role supports all staff. No two days will be the same as we strive for every candidate and employee’s experiences with us to be truly exceptional.
What you’ll do
People & Culture Support
Administering the employee lifecycle in our HRIS (Bob) and ensuring the data in our People systems is accurate and up to date
Management of the People & Culture Service Desk, being the first line of response or escalating as required
Working in partnership with the People & Culture and Finance teams, providing information to support payroll and assisting with the administration of company benefits
Supporting processes during the full employee lifecycle, from induction through to offboarding
Extracting and manipulating reports from our people management systems
Supporting with the company’s wellbeing initiatives, including work relating to our quarterly Pulse Check and collating communication materials to share with the business on a regular basis. This is likely to include being a member of one or more of our internal committees, whichever best fits your interests!
Managing the allocation of various benefits and initiatives throughout an employee’s time with us, including recognising milestones and celebrations
Talent Acquisition Support
Working with the Talent Acquisition Lead to get our vacancies advertised on the right channels, internally and externally
Supporting with recruitment for our busy peak period. This could mean getting creative with how we attract candidates, through to assisting with running our Assessment Centres.
Office Coordination
Serve as a point person for visitors to the London office
Keeping our offices fully stocked and operating smoothly
Being part of the Health & Safety Committee as a representative for the London office. We would also love for you to become a trained fire warden and first aider
Support with the coordination of team lunches, activities, celebrations and gifting, from our annual event to organising gifts at key moments
What you’ll bring
Extremely well-organised with a strong attention to detail and respect for accurate information
Self-starter with an ambitious spirit, initiative, willing to multi-task resourcefully and work independently
Professional outlook with excellent communication skills both orally and in writing
Ability to manage relationships with third parties, interacting effectively with colleagues and external contractors
Ability to work on short timelines and in an agile changing environment
Passionate about working in a customer obsessed environment
Strong knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel (or G-Suite equivalent)
It would be great if you had experience of:
Using an HRIS, especially Bob

Additional Requirements
Ability to document your authorisation to work in the United Kingdom
Travel Requirements
This role would be contracted from our London office, but with the ability to work in a hybrid set up. On occasion, you may need to travel to our Norfolk office location, or to our Acton warehouse.
