The Role:

As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in connecting talented teachers and teaching staff with their dream jobs in schools. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with candidates to understand their career aspirations and experience.
• Assisting candidates with CV preparation and interview coaching.
• Communicating with clients to understand their staffing needs and managing their vacancies.
• Posting job adverts, arranging interviews, and visiting client sites.
• Building and nurturing relationships with educators, schools, and colleagues.
• Receiving ongoing training and support to ensure your success in the sector.

Requirements:

• Previous permanent recruitment experience is essential.
• Education Recruitment experience is highly desirable, but we are open to cross-training candidates from other recruitment sectors.
