To be considered you will need to be an innovative lead Teacher who feels ready for increased responsibility or a current confident Phase Leader looking for a new challenge who has the drive to deliver lessons that can engage all types of learners. You will have the drive to equip your colleagues with relevant training and provide an inclusive learning experience.
As a Phase Leader at this school, you will be implementing your own plans for key stage improvement and development and you will be ensuring staff receive all CPD training. Part of your role will include working with the supportive hand of the Headteacher, an excellent practitioner who is always keen to hear new ideas from all members of staff. You will have the responsibility of developing through a fantastic CPD scheme that will allow you to keep on top of the best teaching techniques.
