Kings are currently seeking a Photocopier Operator for an educational facility in Cambridgeshire. The department provides a photocopying service to teaching staff and produces a variety of student teaching materials including: personalised exercise books, booklets, exam papers and handouts.

A DBS would be advantageous, however the successful candidate will have an enhanced DBS carried out

Candidate Responsibilities:

• To support the teaching staff and students with a full photocopying service using multi-functional devices to scan and print high volumes of teaching materials

• Finishing documents and booklets to a high standard using the stapler, wiro and glue binding techniques

• Ensuring all completed work is quality checked and to make any necessary amendments before passing onto the teachers

• To work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines

• Maintaining the general tidiness off the print room, ensuring the neatness and cleanliness of the photocopying and finishing equipment

• Regularly replenish stationary items and store any excess stock securely and tidily away.

• Comply with security and health and safety procedures and regulations

Ideally you will have:

• Strong PC skills such as Microsoft Office and Adobe
• Clear communicator, good teamworking skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Excellent attention to detail
