PLUMBING/GAS LECTURER

Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary: £38,345 – £40,595 per annum

This role is eligible for the DfE Levelling Up Premium Payments, of up to £6,000 for FE teachers, for those meeting the criteria. This involves the government paying successful candidates from an industry background to get into teaching. Our College will fund successful candidates to become a qualified FE teacher.

This is a teaching role which involves workshops and classroom learning, your priority will be to engage and inspire our students to achieve their full potential. In a typical day, you will be:

• Assessing in our ACS centre

• Demonstrating and teaching practical skills in our workshops

• Delivering theoretical lessons to support the practical applications

Relevant industrial experience would be invaluable, along with experience of sharing your skills in an educational/training environment.
