Working hours: 8:30 – 16:30, term-time only plus 1 week (5 days) spread over the school holidays

The Role:
We require a School Secretary & Administrative Assistant for our prestigious independent Prep School. You will support the Prep School Office in handling Secretarial and Administrative matters.
Main duties and Responsibilities:
You will receive visitors to our school and act as “front of house” for parents, students and staff. The job description (available on our website) sets out further information, but the main purpose of the role is to support the admin function of our school, including answering calls and responding, with initiative, to competing and live, in-person, queries.

Whilst not in a teaching role, you will be working on a regular basis in a school in a role which gives opportunity for contact with children.
