A brilliant vacancy has arisen at a calm and friendly Catholic Primary school in Upper Walthamstow from January 2024 for 2 terms. The Successful Primary Teacher will assume responsibility for a lower Key Stage 2 class of mixed ability and low levels of diagnosed children with SEND. The Primary school is split over two sites, is 2 form in entry/size, and accommodates a varied catchment of ethnic minority groups . The school prides itself on its diversity and cultural vibrance and is led by a truly wonderful Headteacher and leadership team.

The school is accessible from both Wood Street and Walthamstow Central station.

The Primary Teacher does not need to be of Catholic denomination but must just be aware of the values that the faith represents.

Requirements

The desired Primary Teacher will have;

– Qualified Teacher status

– A fully enhanced DBS registered to the update service, along with 2 professional references

– Experience of teaching Key Stage 2
