Colmore education are currently working with Primary Schools across Birmingham resourcing dedicated and passionate teachers to join their team.

Your roles and responsibilities as a Primary teacher would include:

• Planning & delivering lessons as well as marking and assessing, or delivering the content set by the class teacher/ school.
• Monitoring, recording, and reporting attainment, development, and progress
• Managing behaviour in the classroom

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualifications.
• A passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact.
• All right to work in the UK documents.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• The ability to adapt to different teaching environments and year groups.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in education, can “get stuck in”, have an understanding of KS1/2 curriculum and have relevant teaching experience.
