Prospero Teaching
Year 6 Teacher, Holmes Chapel
Are you looking for a long-term teaching role for January 2024? Prospero Teaching is working with an improving primary school in Holmes Chapel, that requires a teacher for Year 6 for the spring and summer terms. You must have experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally upper KS2.
You will have full class responsibility but will work in partnership with the class teacher in the parallel Year 6 class, as well as the rest of the staff team in school, who are welcoming and helpful. You will need to have good curriculum knowledge, effective behaviour management skills and a positive, encouraging teaching style. This is a great opportunity for an experienced teacher to join a dynamic staff team, and to have the potential to join the school on a permanent basis. Initially this role is for the next 2 full terms, but there is a good chance for a permanent position following a successful first year.
