Pay Rate: £130 to £190 per day, depending on experience

Role Overview: As a Primary Teacher at this school, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to children across various year groups, up to Key Stage 2 (KS2). The correct Primary Teacher will work closely with other teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure each child reaches their full potential. Your role as a Primary Teacher may also involve planning and preparing lessons, assessing student progress, and contributing to the wider school community.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and development.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods to engage students and cater to different learning styles.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
• Support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) where necessary.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Experience teaching up to Key Stage 2 (KS2) is required.
• Proven ability to manage a classroom effectively and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and staff.
• Experience working with SEND students is advantageous but not essential.
• Early Career Teachers are encouraged to apply, as the school is committed to supporting new teachers through their induction and early professional development.
