As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students. Key Responsibilities of a Primary Teaching Assistant are:

1. Provide support to classroom teachers in delivering high-quality lessons.
2. Assist with the implementation of lesson plans and activities.
3. Support individual students or small groups to ensure their academic and social development.
4. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
5. Manage classroom behaviour and promote a respectful and positive atmosphere.
6. Collaborate with teaching staff to meet the diverse needs of students.
7. Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions as required.

Requirements for a Primary Teaching Assistant:

1. Relevant experience working with primary school-aged children.
2. A genuine passion for education and the well-being of students.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Additional qualifications in education or related fields are advantageous.
