Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Principal HR Advisor based in Greenwich. This is a contract role working full time hours

The job:

• Provide high quality advice and guidance to managers in relation to organisational change, and employment procedures.
• Develop excellent communication channels, working with managers and key stakeholder, acting as a point of reference for organisational change management.
• Manage a range of processes and performance indicators to ensure HR Casework is managed in a timely manner.
• Advising Governing Bodies, Headteachers, Directors and senior managers across a varied workload

The candidate:

• Strong change management experience supporting organisational restructures and TUPE transfers is essential.
• 2 years experience of providing HR Advice to a range of managers.
• CIPD Member
• Public Sector experience is essential, experience in an education or schools setting is desired
