The Procurement section is a division of the college’s Finance Department and serves the procurement needs of all RNN Group’s academic and support services.

Financial stability is a key focus in our strategic plan and the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that the Group achieves outstanding results for students through sound procurement strategy and practice.
The Group is looking for a motivated and pro-active individual to be part of a small procurement team assisting in the delivery of a full range of Procurement activities whilst also working closely with the Finance Department, assisting the team where necessary.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day support and administration of the procurement function to embed best practice, efficiency and effectiveness within procurement processes. You will liaise with departments to ensure compliance with the RNN Groups Procurement Policy and Finance Regulations as well as PCR 2015 Legislation. In addition, you will assist with producing quotations and will support the Procurement Manager with managing the tendering cycle.
Have you got what it takes to be successful?
You will be able to cope with demanding customers internally and externally and will be able to use your communication skills to gain agreement and achieve customer satisfaction wherever possible. You will work to strict deadlines in line with Procurement deadlines associated SLA’s and will manage your own workload to ensure you complete all duties accurately and on time.
You will have previous experience within a procurement role, have run a quotation/tender process successfully and ideally you will have experience of working in a Public Sector Procurement role with knowledge of PCR 2015 legislation.
Qualified to level 2 (GCSE) or above in English & maths and have, or be willing to work towards a CIPS Level 3 Advanced Certificate in Procurement and Supply Operations.
